[LCN] Favor points not given

After clearing a target in the in game challenge help I was awarded 5 favor points. During that same punch I also leveled up, I expected an additional 5 favor points....am I wrong to expect a total of 10 favor points?

 

You get 1 FP per level up, so you should have received 6.
