Don't you see Kano and @mi7ch it is things like this that has everyone angry, yet will I even get an acknowledgement of this or a fix for another screw up? I doubt it! Hence my signature below.
Ah Mitch made a typo, I see now, none of us have ever done that either. I'm sure if submit a ticket KANO will compensate you for the free chit.
Not the first time that this mistake has been made, and they are becoming more and more common, last time they never posted on the news feeds about the bonus boost until after it had expired. I would be very shocked if Kano compensated anything.
Yeah, I made a typo on the link in the news, my bad. Just like the one other time I can think of that this happened, if you write in to Support we're more than happy to hook you up if you missed it. I personally credited somebody with like, five or six Energy boosts for their accounts across all the games and networks.
