[LCN] Syndicate War Saved targets

    Can you please have the saved targets placed into a separate frame with its own scrollbar?
    This will make hitting targets during the syndicate war a lot less frustrating and time consuming.

    Having to scroll up and down the page renders the saved targets less useful than it could be, this idea could improve it substantially. 5 stars.

    A separate frame with scroll bar would be a great improvement.

    it was never a problem to me, but I belive it'll be easy to find a target then.
