A Good LCN Calculator for Property

A property calculator is almost a necessity. It is amazing how you can go from the best return for your investment is 10 more Hotels in New Your to a property in Victoria. The ROI is not the same for every property so the ROI doesn't stay consistent by just buying in equal numbers (i.e. 20 of each, then 30 of each, etc). I failed to use one early on and a friend of mine did... he is so far ahead of me in income it isn't even funny. And he is really good at investing right before the 3-day calendar as it raises the amount per key and at the completion of each calendar. He also invests before the monthly calendar as well.

 

Investing before all the big events which rewards you with money is a must do Better income, so better reward to come

 

I noticed that too so what I have now started doing.

It doesn't take long to make a calc, especially if you start early and then add new cities as you go along. Well worth the effort!

There are already so many out there that are already completed through Victoria. And some people may not quite get how to "make their own" as they either don't know how to use excel as far as entering formulas or they don't get how to calculate RTI. I love the one I use... I am not 100% sure who originally created it but I know that Stone updated it with all the properties through Victoria and sent it to me (for the 1000th time as I always lose it or too lazy to update the new cities when they have come out).

I added a "turns per day" field to show the result of your character selection.
I also removed the "other income" field, since the only use I ever found was to offset for a character type that's not available.
