TGIF! Here’s your development news round-up for the past week!

Player Bans January 18 - January 24

As a reminder, the following numbers are permanently frozen accounts, and don't count temporary freezes.

FB: 3
KP2: 2
Kong/Armor: 1

The majority of permanently frozen accounts are frozen for being a shared or alternate account. This is something we actively investigate, and we appreciate players reporting suspicious accounts to us.

If you have any questions or comments about a frozen account, please direct them through Support as the Forums are not the place to discuss account freezes, because of the sensitive account information involved.

Family Day Long Weekend

Next Monday is Family Day up here in Kanoland so we’re mandated by the government to take the day off to spend time with our families, or something.

As is the case with long weekends, there will be a slight delay in answering forum/Support inquiries, but we are always monitoring the games to make sure things go smoothly. Business will resume as usual on February 9.

As I hope you are all aware, in Support our main priority is to make sure our players (that's you wonderful people ) get quick, accurate responses. Recently I've noticed there's been an increase in the amount of times we have to ask for account information

This usually happens because the email addresses on your Support Account and on your game account aren't the same. Before you send in your next ticket, take a quick look at your Support Account settings to make sure it's the email address that matches your game account
