Frozen account

    A friend of mine is unable to use his Viking Clan account on his Myspace. When ever he tries to log on to VC he gets this message--Your account has been temporarily frozen for 7 days due to irregular/suspicious behavior that has been detected by our software and logged to your account.-- His Viking clan name is UNKNOWN VIKING OF DESPAIR. Can some one tell me how we can get this fixed faster then 7 days.
     
  2. Can I also Second this request - this clan member of mine has been eager to improve on both his game and his level - in doing so he has found himself 5 levelling partners - which is amazing!! I have nver know him to be anything else other than an honest player - and can supply Kano with the names of such partners if the need arises.

    I think it's sad that someone has to have a 7day hold if they weren't doing something illlegal. Too bad it wasnt the first person to defen him who left her bot on for the Legend to level against this past Sunday. That would have been a legitimate ban.

    i am unknown viking of despair and i would like to know how to get my account unfroze i have had 5 leveling partners i have been using for a month and now im froze out of no where i will supply names if you would like to know.please get back to me

    I agree! I know this player well and he has been working overtime on the game to improve it. I find it utterly ridiculous that Kanos software only seems to catch the honest hard workers and not the players who flaunt their bots on a regular basis. In addition.....Kano is quick to freeze players when their faulty software is tripped....yet do nothing when they have indisputable proof of others taking advantage of glitches and do absolutely nothing. Kano is losing control of their game and pushing away the honest players in the process!

    Frozen Account Inquiries go to Support

    Only the person with the frozen account will get answers regarding their account. The person who's account is frozen will need to contact support directly for answers & possible resolve. Information on why specific accounts are frozen are confidential & will not be given out to other players by Kano.
