Not even sure what that means or why that would matter if you ended the raid party perishing? So you would have to heal a little more? There is no way to fix every problem unless people just stop inviting people they don't know or can trust. I mean you don't have to join public raids. And people do not have to post links in public. I never have once posted my raid in public and I have opened many including four in one raid month. And I have never had one of my raids defeated. There is no perfect solution that will solve every issue that comes up but the only way an alt or "raid killer" gets into a raid is someone gave him the link.
He was saying it in open chat on Kong. He states "where in the rules does it say I must heal?" He is correct on that he doesn't have to heal the raid. So he laughs about it and does it to another one. So he joins every public raid and trashes them. Very sad.
I received Winter Newsletter, but it was in my spam mails, thats the first time it was in the spam, normally its always a normal message on topic: well, im sure kano is working on improving the raid system, i interpret that they didnt found a better solution yet, doesnt mean they wont find it ps: im still banned on all ingame chats, had to do last sw without being able to do talks in armor chats
I never attack on raids unless i have enough energy to regenerate Raid health I also watch the healthbar during attacks,as it lowers I use energy to max the health: rinse/repeat LOL
After all the posts in this forum thread and so many others, I guess you still have not got the idea through your head that KONG LCN is not the same as FB LCN. We have just a handful of people and if you want to be active in a lot of RAIDS, sadly, the best place has been for a long time to go to public raids. We are not like FB where maybe there was problems in people ruining raids for the past year as the problem on Kong LCN just started recently. And it is hard to find enough people online to fill all the spots on RAIDS. I was only in 14 this time around and many still had open slots but the owners were not going to chance posting public so that meant we all had to do extra work to make up for the empty spot. I really wish we had two separate forums - one for FB LCN and one for KONG LCN as the players who comment from FB have zero idea of the game and the players from Kong.
I really do not think I will do raids at all anymore - - - - - they have become too difficult on Kong LCN and for me, it is just better to spend the 17 fps for the Brewmaster Spoon 412 Attack and 179 Defense than spend 20 fps for an energy refill and stamina refill to get just over one level and a common item or if I am lucky a superior.
It appears that KONG doesn't have a player base like in facebook, but on my point of view they have done as much as they could to prevent alts or raid killers from ruining a raid. but also I believe KONG will have at least good 29 other players to join a friendly raid? if no body make it public and only hand pick players then it will be easier. of course if a lower level hard to find higher levels, they can only publish the high level link on chat may be... on the assumptions there are no high level killers. and perishing a raid isn't fun as people think. unless they are really having issues. for that may be Kano can give them a ban for few month depending on their past actions on raid. and that'd be too much for asking anyway. just saying. happy new year folks. lets play the game
I know exactly how a non social network works , HI5 ,MySpace ,now kong and armor , if people think being in a non social network is gonna change each time a new one opens then they have no one to blame but themselves, why not clan new players and teach them about raids offer to help fill them with the right players instead of asking Kano to fix the issue, why not take the initiative instead of constantly complaining.
No it doesn't and prob never will but people from the FB knew this , yet some went there to see if they could rule there with their game experience , sadly , that was not a good idea, can they have fun with it, sure , but considering the nature of the platform and people using alts there and ruining raids , maybe opening your own a few times during the event , inviting the players who will do the right thing , by networking would be constructive , but I get the feeling that is not gonna happen.
It is not complaining when people come to a forum to discuss their frustrations and issues with a game. And as I have said more times than I can count, YOU do not play Kong LCN so you have ZERO idea about it. it is like a man trying to talk about what child birth feels like he has actually felt the pain or had the experience. Just the fact you said "clan new players"... what in the hell does that even mean? We don't "clan" in Kong LCN. And your advice to teach new players? Teach them what? To know who the alts are and who is out there ruining all the raids? That new player might just be an alt who is one of the hundreds these raid party killers are using. Your advice is terrible.
Kong LCN, similar to people leaving the ORIGINAL Mob Wars and going to play FB LCN, it did have a lot of people and a lot less drama when it first started. And we did have a large player base although never as large as FB LCN. And for the first couple of years the game was awesome. However, as many players reached higher levels, the game started losing players and as BA changed, RAIDS came out, and players who had spent a ton early started feeling like there was no point as many new players came spending a ton and able to catch older players in a flash, the game started losing players pretty quickly. And like the snowball effect, fewer players began to affect how War Mode was being played, and BA became less interesting with the new changes and fewer and fewer people even signing up, and more and more people have lost interest. Although players from lower levels and mid levels leave, many of those I never knew, I have seen many players from the higher levels leave and watched as their names slowly fall from the top 10 to off the list of Top 120. And many on Kong LCN hated FB LCN so it was not that people went there to "rule" but rather to escape a lot of the drama, jerks, and to be at the ground level of a new game. Much more fun to start out as a level 1 when everyone else is still within range than to join when players are thousands of levels ahead of you and those who have "taken" their time to level have built super strong mobsters who unless you spend will bully you. Kong LCN was for the most part a friendly game without a lot of the bullying and it didn't require a whole lot of spending to be competitive. You stated "considering the nature of the platform and people using alts there and ruining raids " please enlighten me as to the "nature of the platform"???? As I stated many times before which you seem to fail in grasping, this had never been a problem until recently. And this "raid party killer" is suspected to be the work of one or two individuals who Kong cannot seem to do anything about.... but until the last few raid events, this had never been a problem. People were posting in public all the time and very few of the raids ever perished. I used to join almost all public raids and over 90% of them were completed. Now from what I am told in KONG CHAT - in case this was a fact you did NOT know about - we have a chat room as part of our game unlike Facebook and it is not the "blue chat" as we also have that - they say that something like 90% of public posted raids now are being killed by a list of alts that changes every raid event. So as I have said over and over..... until you actually play KONG LCN, you cannot pretend you know anything about KONG LCN as it is not like PC or FB LCN.
Seeing that many "raid killers" origionate from a single syndicate, I felt the desire to demob that whole syndicate. It appears to me that a syndicate filter in Mob/Familia menu would have saved time and could be useful in the future.
We have players who everyone knows that that raid is going to be finished no matter what..... even if someone kills the raid party, these players are known for finishing their raids no matter what. But even those raids are often not filled in all 30 slots or it takes a while to get them filled. It used to be we just posted in public chat and there were no worries. It filled pretty quick and was completed. I do not know how many players we have exactly and everyone experiences differences obviously but I posted help for keys this morning and it took me three hours to get filled by 30 helpers.... and I was asking for help about every 30 minutes. And when I try to share a boss like Victoria or Antarctica, I typically get maybe 10 responses before I just kill it off myself or raise limit so it can be killed off. Kong LCN war mode has maybe 60 names total on the list and war mode is not as exciting as I imagine it is on FB LCN. But you are right as in there is at least 29 good players on Kong LCN it just sometimes takes a lot of work to find them online or until they see their in game message with the link.... but then another problem that arises is many of those "good players" don't do many raids as they dont want to spend or "mass level" so it can be difficult to get 500 million damage done. Bottom line when it comes to opening a raid on Kong LCN is you better be willing to do 100 million damage or more on your raid because most of the time that is what it takes - and as a result, fewer and fewer raids have been opening. We had a handful of people on Kong LCN who were doing a ton of damage on a lot of raids but that is no longer the case and now with this situation with the alts and raid party killers, the raids are losing a lot of people from Kong LCN. I am curious to know...how are they doing on FB LCN?
You just like to argue with everyone. They are not new players coming in that do not know how to play the game. They are trolls with main accts making alts to kill raids. This has been explained already.
well I'm not sure about all the facebook players. but in my syndicate everyone at least open up 2 raids. we do our raids and then help our friends. we have a raid thread I think many syndicates does that. by that it will get filled instantly. and if there is a chance to open another raid then we share known good raid players out side. i.e. people who send us their raids. by that way at least we can do 30 raids a season. and we do not use WC for raids. and the best thing is, hard to believe but truth is in facebook everyone seems to be online all day. one thing we know is all the sob raids will die that's team effort
That whole syndicate is full of alts and is still there. The raid killers are coming out of that syndicate.
