[LCN] Raid Boss Walkthrough and Feedback Thread

feel like people are getting sick of raids, only few raids open this time and not many got killed. of course some people apparently decided not to open their raids but to help friends out. saving energy in other hand

 

I've had a lower attack:heal ratio this time than others, but not any worse than some of the first ones. The last raid in particular was the only one where the attack:heal ratio was greater than 1.5:1 for me (I think I had 1.6 or 1.7:1). This one has been between 1.4:1 and 1.5:1, which is in line with all the previous ones. It seems like the last one may have been an anomaly when the whole trend is considered (I would prefer if it was a higher attack:heal ratio though 1.8-2:1 would be great for doing a lot of damage).

 

I'm with everyone that thinks the energy required to get a key is ridiculous. I opened one raid of my own and have not even bothered trying since. It's kind of a two edged sword. On the one hand, I hate that I can't more easily open my own so that I can have the one guaranteed superior drop. On the other hand, we see so many raids not filled and expired, I'd almost hate to see even more of them opened.

 

i dont agree with any limits on how many raids a person can enter, or be in at the same time. That is not what my post(s) are about! I would like to see the upper levels do more damage in raids instead of the minimum amount and running away waiting for others to do all the work.

 

I appreciate Kano creating an all new Raid Boss ( The Eco Terrorists ), but I have now completed two of these Bosses and received the SAME Reward Item Drop BOTH times, which is something I have brought up previously, as many people were continuing to receive the same Reward Item Drops repeatedly. I am definitely not attempting to collect the entire "set" of Items from all of the different Raid Bosses, but from a strictly mathematical standpoint, the rate at which I am receiving multiples of the same Items are not "Random" at all! @mi7ch - can you PLEASE check with the Developers to see if there may be SOMETHING causing me (and several others I have heard from) to consistently receive the same Item Drops from the Raid Bosses? I am by NO means complaining either, because the two Items I've received so far from The Eco Terrorists are GREAT Items, but it's the other Raid Bosses that concern me - in some cases, I have completed well over 25 of a specific Raid Boss, but only own six-nine of the available twelve Items. The Drops are absolutely GREAT, but need to be MUCH more "Random"! Thanks!

I agree. The healing seems a bit off and Chad's analysis on attacks/heals is just about what I have experienced. Of course I'd love to see 1 heal for 2 attacks but this 4 heals to 5 attacks has reduced in half the number of raids I've joined compared to previous raid events.

 

Yep random is not that random , Maybe it depends of the days of raids or something like that

 

we just killed a boss with 22 hours left to time out. but it shows that boss was defeated in 9 hours? timing glitch?

 

This raid does cost 20% more healing efforts based on previous.

i am one for nine on the superior drops. the last boss to die was one i started, i did over 100mill damage and still got a stupid inferior weapon....Im getting more and more discouraged at this game and its efforts needed, which payoff with nothing remarkable. I remember 2 raids ago, i didnt spend any money and had all kinds of superior drops, while only doing 15 mill damage on average. Guess what happens during the next few raids? Leveling only has a partial value to me, in these raids. They are not any fun. Rather take my 200.00 average to the casino and chance it there verses mobwars.

i have about 25-30 more to die to see what the averages end up at but at this rate, i am disappointed.

I had a raid ready to collect at the top but, showing expired in my feed further down. Should not have been expired, thankfully, I could collect on it. Don't know why it did that but, obviously there is a glitch here. Of course it was just a common and a duplicate to the other raid I had to collect on. Not doing but a couple of raids this time. Not only common but, two of the same not looking good for me but, still better than nothing.

 

We are aware of this particular glitch and our developers are looking into it this week. Thanks for the heads up!

 

there is some open but really going no wear and time running out ... i see a lot of people join them for a free ride and just dont do much looking for hand out of a reward ...

 

well you did a great job of screwing up the raids this time around geeeezus the drops were crap the payouts were crap , no supiour weapons no matter what i scored , 2 raids i was highest hitter in my tier as well as highest healer its jus crap but the sillyest thing youve done is cut all low level toons out of any chance of a supiour drop ,,, its obvious the game is struggling so you need to look after thev low level toons to keep them in the game instead youve given them all a kick in the nuts includeing those of us thatre starting to grow into mid lvl toons ,,, you need to do a low level tier 0 - 1500 or 0 - 2000 lvl tier to look after these folk , going 0 - 4000 is jus a bad move and as i said a few days ago youd get no money from me these raids because what i predicted certainly come to pass , im glad i hung onto my money an just used refills i earnt i havent leveled much at all cause i didnt waste the effort with my hard earned cash on refills etc etc etc

 

Usually I don't care if its a common. Superiors would be nice but whatever. Are you freaking kidding me on this raid ????

 

Dear Kano:
Please make a BOSS SUBMENU like you have done for Jobs (Jobs, Challenges), Fights (Fights, HL, BA, Syn Wars, Etc.)
rolling through RAID's is becoming UNBEARABLE.... URGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!

Here, I'll even Help - Default should just be "Bosses" (as it was complete with World Boss and everything...that's still sweet) and And "RAIDs" Tab - to to keep them little (or big) suckers in check

 

might be the people who join personaL HeaLth strength??

 

Was there a reason the Raids were changed again with regards to the attack heal ratio? The last round of raids were great with hardly any complaints as they were just about perfect.

 

Nothing was changed between the previous Raid and this one, I would have called it out. I looked over the Raid Boss set up myself and everything that I did not specify was the same as last time.
