How about creating a cooling off period. This would be for when members relentlessly attack another player too much within a certain time period. This would include battles , pistol whips and bounties. Then a 24 hour cooling off period would begin before the attacks can begin again.

Sorry Brad. I am going to have disagree with you on this one. It's bad enough Kano implemented the protection feature from others attacking in fighting games. And they do have a limit of attacks in a 24 hr period that at one time that wasn't there. And also if you raise your own properties up your bounty price will increase. Kano has given enough options to help protect players. a cooling off period isn't the right way to go but that is my opinion.

There is a cooling off period , The Protection Feature, if someone is ( Using your word), Relentless, then do not keep healing, and your idea of relentless is what , BTW? If someone attacks, or lists you over the protection ,limit, then you get the option to click protection and that will keep that player off of you for 3 days. But they can still catch you off a bounty and vice versa.

A cooling off period in a fighting game? Surely that's like a wool free zone in a knitting competition? I hear Farmville can be good fun...
