Server Maintenance Notice - All Games March 4 - 5

Hey folks,

Just a quick heads up that over the next couple of days we'll be performing some server updates in all of the games. We're doing some required maintenance and we expect the overall impact to be minimal (we will of course be monitoring the update closely before, during and after).

What you will notice, however, is that your Game History feed, in-game notifications and some miscellaneous counters will reset. This is nothing out of the ordinary for one of our servers updates but to be forewarned is to be forearmed, as someone here on the forums once said.

Here's the schedule of what updates will happen when:

Zombie Slayer at 1:00 pm Pacific Wed March 4th
Pirate Clan at 3:00 pm Pacific Wed March 4th
Viking Clan at 2:00 pm Pacific Thurs March 5th
Mob Wars: LCN at 4:00 pm Pacific Thurs March 5th

To reiterate, on the above times each game server will be undergoing maintenance. We expect overall impact to be minimal, but Game History feed, in-game notifications and some counters will be reset. We will be closely monitoring the process to make sure things go smoothly. If the times for the maintenance change, I'll be sure to update this post.

Does this counter reseting mean that I can assist as many jobs as I possibly can and go on a ridiculous punch streak?

 

I actually had same thought in mind, 1:59 then 2:01 POW "Viking Clan at 2:00 pm Pacific Thurs March 5th"

 

How long does each maintenance period take ? Thanks.

 

I removed the off topic posts from the thread. If you have a question, please find an existing thread or start a new one so we can keep this thread on point in case players need to give us feedback about the server migration.

@The Navigator I wasn't given an exact list of counters, but things like Punches and assists should maintain over the server update as they are strictly regulated for gameplay.

@amadeus While there isn't an exact time, it shouldn't be more than 10 to 15 minutes per game.

FYI the game history IE. cash, slayers, xp, wins, losses, Kills, HL stats is not showing up on KP2 ZS after the update.

 

I also want to thank you for the heads up. It's always nice knowing if something is going on with the game. I do hope it does not take to long.

 

Game History is recording for me on ZS KP2 after the update. Have you done the usual trouble shooting steps?

 

Tried clearing cache and restarting browser if that's what you mean.

It's not showing on mine on either Chrome or FF.

shows level ups and such but not the stats.

It's been like that on kong for me for at least 6 months and I miss it. So hoping it's not gone for good on KP2


ETA: Or IE.

ETAA: Other users are missing it as well.

 

ps. That news notification no longer clears either. Been like since around December or before. But that's for another day

 

^ This is my account on KP 2 (yes the Slayers # is a little funky ) so Game History is being recorded at least for me. I will get the developers to check.
