I have a complaint that everyone know about but does nothing and this chase your tail to post is another example.
http://support.kanoapps.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit ... you should be able to login in with FB. You can also post in the Forum's "bugs" section and they will notice sooner and maybe they can reset your password to the forum here, if you can't login with FB.
If you go to your profile in-game there is also a Support Contact Form link which will take you to the Support center and autofill your information.
