[VC] Changes to the Battle Arena Effective December 7

if these changes stay we can say ba is no more ... i kind of agree with people on the game that says they will not play it any more ... o yea kano you find out more in what is going on ... think a bout it kano please really do ...

 

Will not play BA anymore with these changes. Will still join for XP bonus but never play. Completely ridiculous. Used to be way better. it is literally whoever spends the most FP by doing the most attacks automatically wins and character builds don't matter at all anymore.

new raids: huge success.
New BA: huge failure.

 

Scrap the revival, no one asked for it in anyway shape or form

 

I get better XP hitting Valhalla Vikings then living breathing players in BA. It took me awhile to realize I wasn't seeing things. What a waste of stamina. (And if you tell me you just changed this to higher XP, then I want a refund on my stamina while I can still use them on the Raid Bosses, lol!)

 

Viking attacked and won 1 minute ago - save target 611 wins against since arena start i think this guy had me saved don`t you lmao

 

actually, i like it (so far). before i got taken out in the beginning, i only got 3 kills. i was able to find myself alive last night and get 4 more kills and triple my score, so i'll see how it all shakes out when it's over.

 

Can not say I am a fan of this but in My opinion the Highest level always wins anyways, at least on my server. The only thing I do like is that people can not sit in D mode and get a high ranking. its called a BATTLE arena not a sit and camp arena.

Just got out of a big meeting with all of the Kano people involved with the Battle Arena and we discussed the reception to the changes, your feedback and the next steps. I'll have a new post to share with you regarding the Battle Arena tomorrow morning.

 

Yes the point system is a good step in hopefully keeping turtles from ranking, 9 min left will be interesting to see the results

 

Well I played this one and I rarely play the VC one and I see no one ranked without actually fighting and that is a good thing I did very little ,timing and all but got two kills ,lol and ranked according to my points, I approve of that , which is what I deserved considering what others were able to accomplish. Point system gets a thumbs up.

 

point system fine kills fine the rest throw out the back door in the trash can ... but will see what kano has to say ... o yea put kill rewards back in ...

 

I"m still curious on this, it seems to work if almost full health. But say your at 1/2 health, no gain in health what so ever. I wailed on at least 6 people in sudden death and no gain in health, and I ended up killing myself on a opponent (by choice). What's "for a while"? and yes I was winning.

You're right Toker, highest level usually wins. But now KANO is sucking our money dry to get the same result. Makes you feel nice and proud huh?

Yes the higher levels won. But as I have won the last 2 after the changes, I can say I don't like it even though I adapted to the changes. In my opinion I liked the original version of BA far more then the changes. I won again because there was another storm in the Northeast United States and I could not go do what I wanted to do. It had nothing to do with skill as I feel the original BA had. To me it was more like leveling without healing.
I ask you to consider returning to the original format. BTW I will not participate in the next Arena as a protest regarding the changes.

how often is respawn for the new(est) version? 30min? 4 hours?
