Aye Captains, I'm here to simple ask for the developers to create a Confirmation Window with a simple: "Yes" or "No" buttons when it comes to purchase Favor Points Itens. I'm asking that because it's the second time i acidentally buy something that i do not want and waste lots of Favor Points. Those points are easy to get in the low levels. But as the game progresses, well... I'm not the only player who did this. I asked some of the people who play with me and with my armada and many had passed through this situation. I did the same, thinking I was clicking to get more information and got a purchase complete window. There should be a confirmation before purchase. Very good suggestion!
There are confirmations if you wish to buy or sell x1 Sea-dog stinkpot.. I agree there should be one where it really matters. Also many accidental buys here on my end while scrolling. Hope none of you got a Champion Olympian by accident. His rainbow paddle looks pretty scary.
This has been suggested a few times over the years,my suggestion is write to support and tell them you miss clicked and they will refund the FP's , That is what Kano has always said about this issue.
Thank for the answer and sugestion Kirsten .. but sadly i don't want my FP refunded .. i want this problem solved so other people won't have to go through this problem.
I hate to say this, but that isn't a suggestion. That IS the solution. Send a ticket into support anytime something like this happens and wait for a response to have the FPs refunded and the item removed from your inventory. It's happened to me before more than once. I just deal with the items that I purchase accidentally now.
Yup support is very good refunding the do this happened to me a few times over the years I am playing and has been discussed a lot not lately though.It is not that big a problem there are a lot of other things I would rather Kano focus on.
I almost clicked buy energy earlier when screen jumped trying to use daily refill, let me get this correct. If I was to use the energy and claim "foul" waiting for a 2 day response on accidental purchase (because energy would refill before that), what exactly would happen?
