Changes to the Mobile Versions and Possible Downtime

Hi everyone,

Just a quick head's up that we're making some changes to the mobile site today. This doesn't affect the browser version of Kano Play or the Facebook version.

Mostly it's behind the scenes stuff to make it run a bit better, but the end result that affects people who use the mobile site is that the URLs will be changing and the mobile site might see some possible downtime.

The new mobile URLs will be:

Pirate Clan - pc.kanoplay.com/mobile
Viking Clan - vc.kanoplay.com/mobile
Mob Wars: LCN - lcn.kanoplay.com/mobile
Zombie Slayer - zs.kanoplay.com/mobile

 

Should I want to kill a few vikings in Viking Clan during the early hours, I'll find this useful.

 

I had no idea you have a mobile website, how does this work with Kong Mob wars?

 

As of right now the mobile version of our games only ties in with Facebook.

 

can be useful, but not for doing all game features.
I still be waiting to the slider on the bosses for using a power attack 20 stamina.
I still be waiting to have the ability to buy with 10s on the lands.
Can we get the daily rewards on the mobile version?
Why there is no leaderboard ?
I think you should make an app on the play and app stores for iOS and Android users. dunno if it should be connected to facebook and continue on what we are on, or start from the beginning with all other iOS and Android user? -just a thought-

On the two last weeks, why don't now why, I can acceced on my account on the mobile version of pirate clan. When i try to cennect my screen appears all black. I hope you can help me with this problem.

If that's the one you're currently using, could you please let me know the mobile device/browser you're using?

 

I been using that url. I real dont know why a few days ago, stop working and i can access my account from my mobile. I'm using the google one.

 

Regarding Mob Wars LCN - Mobile:

When visiting a player's profile, I clearly see the controls for every action against a rival - except how to send them a mob invitation.
Am I missing it? ...thanks!

 

The Mob invitation should be where it normally is, right below the character portrait. What device and browser are you using to visit the mobile site?

 

Using Windows Phone 8, on a Nokia Lumina, with the stock IE browser. But I've used netbooks with Chrome as well, and experienced the same issue. Every other game function seems to work.
There is an "add" symbol next to their photo:

But it is not an active link - no cursor change on mouseover; no reaction to click.

 

Checked on this again recently, and it is unchanged - has anyone else either noticed this, or had it work properly for them? (mobile version, remember - desktop site works fine!)
