Every vaccine boost I've clicked on gives me the no longer available message even ones that were sent out within the hour.
I'm also seeing under shares blah requested an energy boost by one of my squad mates too. I'm guessing something new was introduced which messed up vaccines though I can't figure out how to find the energy boost request..
