    Access to your game has been disabled
    Your account has been permanently disabled as a result of irregular or suspicious activity logged to your game.
    Common reasons why accounts are disabled:
    Sending messages that are abusive or harassing other players
    Using automated player aid such as scripts or bots to gain an unfair advantage
    Using more than one account
    For more information regarding Kano/Apps rules, please see our Terms of Use.
    If you feel you can explain the activity logged to your account, please contact Support.

    If this is how players are treated that have played every day for almost 3 years and have spent money on the games, no wonder the player base is shrinking. Thanks!

    Sorry to hear that you got frozen, what you'll want to do is write into Support and ask them about the situation.

    With tomorrow being Friday, I guess I'm out of luck for collecting gifts, helping out my crew (top 20 armada lifetime on the leaderboard), the 3 day calendar, the next armada war, and the only arena that I can participate in each month. Happy
