Kano - Just wanted to let you know that I haven't received the Property Achievement for Rich Dad, Poor Dad for reaching 1,000,000 - as of now the game says my Property Income is $1,000,925.. I had the same problem, you can't upgrade your properties so that its $1,000,000, you need to buy another property and then you'll get the achievment.
