so this is something that people sometimes talk about. it is that there should be something on a persons profile that shows wether they are a girl or a boy because it can be a litle awkwerd if you know what i mean when you are sending people messages and you call them a girl or guy and they are the opisite. this is just an idea that others have talked about so i thought i would post it for them to see if it gets implemented
He does have a good point...what about the transgender reptilians? Should be an avatar for them as well...just sayin...
ya the avatar pics can but i know alot and i mean alot who choose the opisite gender avater because it looks cooler or for whatever reason they have,
Well not sure what kind of messages you are sending, not knowing if girl or guy which could be awkward, but who's fault is that Neil?
they are just standard messages where you say something, well cant think of an exa,le right now. it is nobodys fault its just the game doesnt have secific gender listed is all. it is my fault for not knowing but there fault for choosing the girl(asuming hes a guy) avatar. or it could be my fault for putting my own name as my guy but understandably i dont think anybody wants to have there real name there for obvious reasons. or it could be there fault for the same exact reason. there are a couple more reaons like these 2 but just saying these i think gets wat i am trying to say across
Ha Ha ha hysterical I use my name here there and everywhere, except in the arena, I really do not see this as an issue as maybe someone is transgender , or maybe they clicked the wrong avatar, or they want to appear as someone they are not. lol
I have found it easier to just use them or their or other non-gender pronouns for people I do not know personally. I have freinds who always say he/she or other ways of expressing girl/boy. But the plural form works easiest for me.
An avatar option would be a border color - go with traditional pink & blue to represent girl or guy. That way the actual image can vary, but the border would be able to tell you if it belongs with a girl or a guy.
I dont really get the point of this idea. Players can falsify what ever they want and have forever...nothing is gonna change that. If you are uncertain of ones gender....simply ask them.
