I am having the exact same problem with the jobs percentages, mine is even a worse.
This has been happening to me for some time and has made it take far longer than it should to complete jobs and get the achievements for them....
Dude you have to have your attck skill built up to 250+ and up to do that kind of damage. I have mine at 130 0r 140 something and I only do 2,000...
