When it first came out I could not list anyone , then that was fixed, now the past few days If I want to list someone I get a confirmation...
Well you can see many players have done it, myself included , and you could do it faster by spending money
Raids give way mor XP in VC and PC that a partner could ever
Yes lags are affecting raids, ya have attacked and go to heal and nothing moves
refreshing freezing , out of control, I cannot stand it much longer

Having only once tried the leveling with a partner, years ago, which was the most boring thing I could do, raids give much better XP at least...
It is not a perception it is a fact.
