This is something we actively investigate, and we appreciate players reporting suspicious accounts to us. If you have any questions or comments about a frozen account, please direct them through Support as the Forums are not the place to discuss account freezes, because of the sensitive account information involved. As was expected, we've been a bit behind on tickets this week on account of the holiday, but we should be caught up and back on track now. A quick note about the ingame communication - you probably are not aware of this, being such courteous and well-mannered folk, but there is a filter system on the chat that will automatically block the use of certain words considered unnecessary for game discussions. It's worth pointing out that while we have tried to be reasonably thorough, this system is sadly not capable of preventing all possible inappropriate behavior. Please be aware that just because a word or phrase isn't specifically blocked doesn't mean it's guaranteed not to bother people, so feel free to apply your own excellent judgment. We've been noticing that people have been having some trouble using the reporting and muting tools in the Chat for a few weeks. This looks like it may have been an issue with the UI, so we've made some design changes that should make things a little clearer. If someone is filling the chat with distressingly impolite language or remarks, please don't hesitate to put the Report and Mute options to good use. Cheers! lol i could actually care less, im just a snartass at heart and couldnt help but to point that out....besides, midgets cant beat me up, theyre too small ;p theyd have to get like a huge midget gang together just to pile up and hit me in the face lol
