It's happened to me twice now, that while scrolling through the game on my smartphone, my finger glances over the 'purchase' button on one of the UN items. I would recommend to implement a 'confirm purchase' window before the game automatically buys it. Mine is due to my 'fat finger' syndrome, but it could be a cat on a mouse pad, a young kid playing with the mouse.....or any other random act of nature that would cause this, but it should probably not happen when it comes to spending actual UN in the game.
You gotta email support, they'll remove the item and give you the UN back. as far as the confirm purchase option its been requested probably half a dozen times, The best the community has been able to get kano to do is the "hide offers" option. a dirty baby diaper is just so awesome at 400x resolution
this will be the 3rd time ive given this idea a 10....why is it that its always the best ideas that go unanswered?
Not being a developer and nothing even close to understanding anything about computers, lucky I can turn it on, I figure an idea might sound good in theory, but may be a pain to implement, but Kano is very good about responding to help when someone makes a purchase by accident.
Even if it would be a pain to implement I'd rather they stop all production of new content until this comes out. Also sure, they'll respond when they get a message, but how many people actually know you can contact support about it? When armor first started up there was a plethora of people accidentally buying items do to how jumpy kanos games can get. They weren't used to it at first and it seemed like every ten minutes someone was upset that they bought an item by accident. I had to let a bunch of people know that you can write into support. Also if you buy an energy or stamina boost by accident they will refund once, but no more than that and I've bought way more than one by accident.
Yeah , but even if the screen does not jump then sometimes my cursor has a mind of it's own, but ya learn after the first couple of times to more careful .
i was about to say the same thing haha seriously, its a confirm code...its not like asking for reallocation or something lolol
