I have recently started using my chieftains' berserker boosts to attack bosses because 1. I don't really need them for battles and 2. I've noticed that when you have an active boost it shows a 5% boost when you're attacking bosses. Does anybody have enough experience to say whether these actually help with conserving stamina that much or is it just a waste?

I use them when im taking down a huge boss, you do more damage, get more drops and more exp. ive never used it with the intention of saving stamina so I cant speak on that issue, but it does make a difference

I use boost on log in to hit bosses, yes it does conserve stamina to get minimum, noticeable NO, save a couple yes.

If it does more damage than it stands to reason it would save on stamina. A draw back of this however (depending on the boss and its drops)is that the more damage you do the fewer attacks it takes to kill the boss, the fewer the attacks the lesser the opportunity for drops

balanced with the bigger your attacks the bigger your points rewards at the end when the boss is dead. Depends whether you want to level more or have more drops. You could experiment on one of your own bosses. Kill one with a boost then when it revives kill the same one without a boost. Just remember that it will be a slightly higher level at the next re-spawn so will be slightly harder to kill anyway, but if you note your own statistics you should get the answer. Me? I can't be bothered to do a that malarchy LOL

it just basically helps to save stams, on the higher level bosses that have well over 150 million health, losing a drop or 10 wont matter in the long run cause itll be back up in a couple days to give you a few hundred more lol for me it depends on how many fps i have and if im saving them for anything, thats when i get stingy with the stams and use the boost. overall its not a huge difference but if youre bein stingy and hit all bosses like i do then 2 saved stams is another boss hit and another chance at a fp

I have seen damage go up and drops go up accordingly, if you wish to save stamina higher health results in opening the next damage categories also attack will do this to a smaller extent
