Selling your account: Kano comment?

I saw today a player seeking to sell his account in world chat. While I can see that as one end to the drama/saga/action etc, I don't think you can do this legitimately in any way.

Does Kano wish to comment?

lol....i just cant help myself. So why cant someone sell their account? if someone was to get rid of their account...notify kano of the transaction and only play the one account what diff would it make? I dont think I would every want to sell mine....but if I did I certainly wouldnt be adverse to making a few bucks back (if it were legal of course). My guess would be that someone willing to buy someone elses account would also be willing to put a few coin into Kanos coffers as well in terms of buying FP./GP/UN. Seems like a win win when one considers that the person selling the account obviously isnt into playing anymore and is very unlikely to spend any more moolah on it. Oh well...just curious.

 

Well, as the whole thing came up on fb, it's against fb's TOU to give your account away.

Also, this would encourage players to sell off the info to a decent alt and thus make money by violating KANO's TOU.

Plain and simple against TOU/TOS what have you, and it is cheating, there was one recently in PC not sure if money was exchanged but the account has been frozen. Someone who has been frozen already can definitely benefit from using someone else's account until they are caught, so don't do it.
