Just thought I'd offer a little point of clarification regarding God of Bacon's comment. While it is true that using two computers isn't necessarily against the ToU, performing actions faster than what our systems deem the human norm will put you at risk of being frozen.

So yes, you can do it, but constantly having to write in to Support to get your account unfrozen might offset any potential benefits. :)

Well I have a thought, Maybe it should be added to being against the TOU then :p

    For what really?

Its not autoplay and takes extreme concentration for it.

Personally I would think it should fall under the category of account sharing. Why is it even possible to log into the same account from two diff devices? According to Kano this wasnt even possible. At the very least employing this method is an easy way to skirt the newly "tweaked" Skull heal tab and potentially a whole lot of other things. The simple solution is to make it so no more than one device can be logged into an account at any given time. Once again at the very least if two devices are logged into one account it should alert Kano immediately and the account should be banned automatically.....this is no different than bot usage or using any other automated appendages

Agreed. The TOS should be amended.

Agreed,I was thinking on it more and the account sharing came to mind also. TOU needs to be amended.

    While that would be nice....

    Try actually proving it.

Especially if its coming from the same IP how would Kano know if more than 1 comp is being used?

While I don't use this myself I suspect a rival of mine does this.

If its coming from same IP whos to say anyone else is on there account?

If Kano can actually track more than 1 player on a account from same IP I'd love to see them say they can.

I know next to nothing about computers so im probably way off base here...but I was under the impression that each device had its own IP so it didnt matter whether it came from the same household or not.

as far as proving if indeed they share an IP I can think of a few things that would look mighty suspicious if Kano were to look at the history/records of the account. Fortunately Kano is a private business and are not held to the same burden of proof as the court systems here in the states. As much as they want to be fair and as conclusive as possible you know darn well they know when something is up. Players get banned all the time without 100% proof of a violation. In the end...something needs to be done because I cant think of any bigger loop hole in these games presently or in the history of them...clearly this cant be something Kano wants to be happening whether the TOU specifies it or not. Amend the TOU and enforce it moving forward.

It is possible. To log into two computers simulationeusly. Just like you can play from your phone and the computer at the same time if u want to be technical. But i believe you have to use two different browsers on a computer to be able to log into at the same time. However a lot of gaming companies do consider this a violation however kano does not at this time. Until it becomes abusive which in time now that players are being made aware of it they will use that excuse to make it look like their not running a script. Yet another loophole in a long line of loopholes in games. Nothing can ever be perfect if it was cheaters wouldn't play games because they wouldn't get to far in them and would lose constantly.

Sy Mitch but this makes no sense to me what so ever....lol Basically you are acknowledging that Kano knows that this happening and that it is legitimate way to play due to it not being against the TOU but then u warn that the game can and will treat you as if it were illegal/suspicious play. The fact that Kano knows it may very well trigger an automated freezing makes no sense when kano knows full well its entirely humanly possible. Why not just dial it back if Kano knows this...why punish players that are playing within the TOU? Personally I think this is a loophole that is being taken advantage of and the only reason it is allowed is that Kano cant or simply wont do anything about it. . So now those that are exploiting this lop hole have even more of advantage over those that are'nt because of this "tweaking" of the heal tab. That makes zero sense to me. We already know for a fact that script/bots can still be used regardless of how the heal tab are set up. The tweaking of the skull heal tab may have been well intended but it goes further to hurt legitimate players than it does to deter the cheats. Change it back please.

It's not just using two computers or what have you that will get you frozen. Even if you're still only using one mouse and for some reason you can manually click it faster than any human alive without any assistance, two things should happen: 1. you'll get frozen and 2. you should contact the Guinness Book of World Records because that is impressive. Any method that allows you to preform faster than the human norm will be caught by our systems. Letting people play in whatever convoluted way they want isn't against the ToU, but trying find an angle to gain an advantage using those methods is, if that makes sense. :)

We're still investigating possible changes the Rival Heal tab. While it is unlikely that is will go back to its original state, we're looking into striking a balance between how it was used by the players and how the developers intended it to be used.

Im not trying to be difficult here , but.........

If an already fast clicking player is using 2 computers and using both of them to attack an opponent in say the arena......then obviously they will be attacking at a much faster rate than the normal human would they not? Is the auto detection set up for this apparently legitimate way of playing? If not....why isnt it? If this is indeed a legitimate method of play, which the lack of it being outlined in the TOU suggests it is....then it would only make sense that the auto detection be dialed in to allow for such play.

Dont take me wrong here...I think using any 2 devices to log into the same account should fall into the account sharing dept and be deemed a violation of the TOU. All im sayin g is that this seems to be a very gray area that Kano seems to be tip toeing around and by doing so is not only confusing matters but seems hypocritical in that they are allowing it ....yet have their software dialed in as to punish it....that makes no sense....lol

So it's not being reverted to it's previous state?

Question where can I get a refund?

Yeah Kano there HAS to be a way to catch heal bots without hindering legit players like this.

Right now they have bots up to detects speed for arena throttle, how about instead of monitoring speed you monitor consistency? A bot/script will heal 7 times a second(just for an example) right on the dot. so that means that the bot will stop clicking heal for a predetermined value of milliseconds over and over and over. A human finger will not be this consistent. Maybe get the same twice or a few times in the row, but when you hit the thousandth click with the same "off" time value it's gotta be a bot.

If a bot is performing a task such as healing or attacking can other tasks be accomplished as well...such as adventures? If not...would a player even reach a thousand attacks before leveling and turning off a bot to do adventures? Can Kano detect 2 simeltanios actions such as attacking and doing adventures. If its inconvenient to turn a bot on and off and a player uses one to just blast through an arena wouldnt it be suspicious if they didnt stop to do adventures?

Isnt the whole bot thing even more of a reason to make using two separate devices to play illegal? If I can use two diff PCs to play the same game....I would think it would be fairly easy to set up a bot on one PC and perform all other gaming actions on the other. Even worse....A bot on each PC. Talk about abuse. Kano u need to make two device play illegal immediately or everything else youve ever said about trying to make the games fair and ridding them of cheats and loopholes goes right out the window!

Can we just have the skull heal reinstated for starters....Where there's a heal tab there will always be a cheat.

I wanna get back to some riding :D

Still nothing? This "tweak" is making the game very user unfriendly one click at at time....in a game made up of clicking....thats a whole lot of unfriendly.
