Can someone point me to a link where i can find information about what happens during syndicate wars, what the rules are, what can be done, what can't be done, etc etc? I have been looking around but can't seem to find them in the help section/forums and other places...:'(

This article seems to be an ongoing discussion about Syndicate wars...but seems to not be finished. Is the syndicate wars changes complete or still ongoing in the change process? Should we expect more changes? Are high levels still able to hit, list, punch low levels at any time during the war duration?
