I read a thread about someone cheating and noticed that these threads arent allowed for the fear of mentioning someones name. I can respect that , but I have been blocked and have sent letter upon letter to support with no response. I want my account reinstated, I dont have an alternate and want kano to show me proof otherwise reinstate my account!!!
I have left a message about this with the Dev's but they will more then likely ask you to message Support again to talk about your account.
Which game are you blocked from? Sounds like you wrote into support at least a few days back which should have had some eyes on it by now. If you would like please PM me the email address you used to contact support and I will make sure this is looked into. Typically if there was a legit reason for having your account frozen we will be forthright in telling you so something is a miss here.
