Currently you can only attack a lower level if it attacks you first, but then if you kill it you're SOL. I'm tired of being in the middle of something and then a lower level getting 40 attacks on me, but then I attack once or twice back and kill it so I can't attack anymore. If I'm in the middle of hunting or hitting a boss and the little one is able to get it's 40 why should I be limited to 1-2 attacks back just because I killed it? I think that if someone outside your fight range gets the maximum number of attacks on you that you should be able to get the maximum back.
What about when the low level only does 1 attack and you kill it? You don't feel no pity for them. It's not their problem if your busy when they attacked you.
If it only does 1 attack then it should stop at that death. It made the choice to attack you in some sort of way, and if by accident 1 death isn't that bad for a low level. I'm talking about when somebody goes all out with 40 attacks you should be able to get your 40 back.
That's my point. It's tough luck when you kill the low level but if they get 40 on you and you kill them before you get your 40 on them, allowance should be made? Punishing someone because they attacked you when you either didn't want to attack back or were to slow to attack them back, is pretty ridiculous. Though i have to say with the way things are going at the moment this will probably be the next idea implemented.
If the low level wants to scrap let him scrap. They high levels are already having a hard time with a fight list, why not make it better?
It's not the low levels that have the problem. It's you (the higher levels) that have the problem. Not only do you want to be able to kill the lower level and take xp from them, you also want to be able to get your 40 attacks on them at whatever point you feel like attacking them back. It doesn't matter if they make the xp back easy enough, the point is you can attack them, you just chose not to and you want them to be punished because when they attack, you keep healing and they get their 40 done. Like i said though, this is the kinda crap that gets passed so we will probably see it put in before the weeks done. I gave it a 1 but don't worry about ratings. They mean nothing.
Yes the higher levels have this problem because they cannot attack at such a leisure the lower levels are able to. My point it this. If they little one wants to brawl, don't limit the big guy. Let the lower levels learn their lesson. The little guy can go and attack whenever he wants, but when the big guy asks to retaliate(that is the key word) at his leisure it's suddenly a problem. "Not only do you want to be able to kill the lower level and take xp from them, you also want to be able to get your 40 attacks on them at whatever point you feel like attacking them back." So the lower levels can do that, but you don't want the higher levels to do it?
im sure you got xp from the lower level attacking you and it wasnt great but you got it anyway. so when you attack back you get xp and if you kill them they lose xp so you win both ways
why would you waiste your stam on a lower level when you can do better with someone around your level. stam is to important than to worry about getting an equal amount of hits on a low level
Because people my level aren't always healed. I run through my fight list and when I run out of attacks on the 2-3 at my level range that do actually heal what do you expect?
ok then i suggest you just be careful and make sure you dont kill them so you can get your 40 attacks in
I don't see why my suggestion shouldn't be implemented though. If a lower level wants to brawl, then the higher level shouldn't be restricted. The lower level still has the choice to get 40 attacks or not.
higher levels are and always will be restricted toward the lower levels. it has been that way forever even when you were low level
I really cant back you up on this one Bacon. The problem you have is a product of your own doing. Nobody says that you have to build an account that someone can beat after playing for 1 day, or just a few hours. They have 500ish health, and you have some of the highest health in your weight class (I was going to put the number in here, but thats not my place to say) . They can hit you a good 20-40 times before you ever see the hospital. The rules that are in place, are there to give the lower level a bus ticket, A chance to say... Hey I screwed up, without getting killed 4-5 times in 40 attacks. In other words, The rules are put in place for the legit lower level or new players making a mistake, or the lower levels trying for a shot at their early bounty achievements, not for the crappy alts that exploit your almost non-existent defensive action. If you're tired of level 75s bullying you. Stack on 200 whole defense and your hired will do the rest. If not, then why not look on the bright side. You got an easy kill, Free bacon.
i agree that the higher levels shouldnt get mad over a bounty atack but i think he was talking about when they atack on there own free will when your not on the bounty board
It's not about hitlist attacks. This idea of mine would only take action if they hit me a full 40 times with the normal attack button. Say I'm on a low levels rivals list from the hitlist page and he accidentally attacks me. I attack a couple times back, I kill it, and it ends there. But if this lower level wants to paste a full 40 attacks on me and really brawl, I shouldn't be limited to a few attacks(and in some cases just 1) back. If he gets killed 4 or 5 times because he thinks it's funny he can beat a higher level then so be it. He might learn not to hit that person a full 40 times anymore.
So what if they hit the attack limit. One Death is enough to send the message, that its a bad idea; if they keep doing it, you always have the option to ambush them. Like it or not, This problem is just a downfall of your build.
