I would like it if we could have a button to just kill ourselves. There are a lot of times where I'm about to level and don't want to waste a boatload of stamina so I go around listing people looking for traps, and punching people hoping I die but it doesnt always work. My proposal is this. (Using caps lock for major features on this button that I think MUST be implemented if this button is put it.) CANNOT BE USED WHILE ON HITLIST - We don't need people suiciding off the list any easier than already possible. Hunting is one of the few things left to do in the game at a higher level. HAVE AN "ARE YOU SURE?" CONFIRMATION BUTTON - If you make it so people can kill themselves by accident like buying UN items, people will flip out on the forums. 5x amount of xp lost while using this button. - I don't want people to be encouraged to just die off with the press of a button and hide. Cannot be used at max negative - some people like to brag about death, don't make it too easy for them lol. Cost a certain amount of cash to use. Something within the range of your healing price. Must be healed to use. - If you're going to try to die you might as well stop hiding anyway. That's all I can think of. If anybody has any thoughts on this PLEASE comment and give feedback to it. Anonymous voting solves nothing. If you have your own input on how the button should work feel free to add.
I rarley find myself in this position anymore, with over 1k stamina, and well almost 400k xp to level. but hey, I been there tons of times. Wasted lots of money trying to find a trap too. I give it a green light.
I have given this a 1. Though i do find myself at times trying to lose some xp so i can try to use up all my stam/energy before i level, it is not anyone else's problem.
10/10. This would be a lot easier then setting myself up to suicide on ambushes or looking for a trap. This would be especially helpful during arena.
I would be even more for it if it was just negative xp, and not a death. It didnt effect your health status, just your XP.
Euthanasia is not an option I would like to see. Too many cowards around as it is. Sorry, but it's a 1
I give 10 stars as it allows a player to have more control over their own game, in games that we continue to lose control of what we can do with our own accounts it would be a breathe of fresh air. I would allow it to be used when ever a player likes including if on bounty.....but it should come at a price.
LOL. Perhaps im just getting old...lol. In a game such as mine where my bounty is uber high and my enemies plenty, its as sound a strategy to stay dead while not online as it is for my enemies not to come after me and hide while Im online. Personally I dont feel like making my enemies rich simply because they choose to only come alive once im off line. In the end its all about personal choice in a game where we seem to be losing it more and more. Im limited in every aspect of the game, hell ...even if i wanted to quit these games im limited. With so very little left to do or excel in without being chained to a tree at the very least I would like to stick it to my rivals by not lining their pockets. If things were different and not so restricted in every way I would feel much differently, but as of now I cant sell property freely, allocate SP freely(without being penalized), hit bosses freely, bounty hunt freely, give bosses freely etc etc etc etc etc etc ................ At least let me choose death freely....lol
With the extra xp loss I fail to see how it will be used as a hiding option. The people who like to hide are usually the ones who hate to die, mostly because they like leveling.
A death is a death. As it is we can suicide while listed. The whole point of looking for a booby trap is it's free and on occasion you'll feed the hitlist. Sometimes I like to log off just inside er, knowing that the troll wanting me dead will have to keep coming back to punch me each hour. Even better when I log on a few hours later to ruin their effort. That's called fun, but I don't expect many here to understand that! Look for the alt with the "big nose". Works for me every time
This idea isn't meant to suicide before signing off. It's meant to suicide when you're about to level with excess stamina/energy that you don't want to lose. I recommended a 5x xp loss to prevent the overuse of this button. Besides I never even see you do anything in the game anymore. I never see you put up any hits. I never see you get listed. I never see someone under heavy attacks from you. I never see someone attacking you heavily. I never see you killing or anybody killing you. What the hell do you care happens to this game and what makes you think your input is valid or that anybody even cares? My statement about feedback was directed at REAL players. Not somebody who logs in daily and doesn't do shit but lurk on the forums.
