HOW CAN A PLAYER WHO I AM NOT MOBBED WITH, AND NOT FRIENDS WITH POSSIBLY DO 1 OF MY BOSSES.

I knew they could if they were in the same syndicate, /armada etc, but even if you are not FB friends they still can??
