Hi, For several days now, I have not been able to give Pirate Clan or Viking Clan gifts through the standard pop-up because it will not load. It is only on one Facebook profile (Rob Curtis), as other people have been able to log on and give gifts fine. I have restarted and tried on multiple computers with the same issue. What can I try to fix this?
I noticed that the Rob Curtis profile is trying to bring up a "Suggested" list of friends while other profiles do not have this. I think this new "Suggested" feature is the cause of the issue
ok so on your profile , Rob Curtis" you see this suggested list but on other accounts you do not , not sure what that means, other profiles,??
Yes. I logged on with a friend's FB profile that also plays, it did not have a "Suggested" list of friends to give gifts too, and it works fine. Even if I switch the pull-down to All Friends or Viking/Pirate Clan players, it never loads.
Ok you are going to have to send a report to support with screen shots of what you are seeing,, hopefully they will get back to you Tues or Sed , if not let me know
Shouldn't be as ya could both get banned from fb for that...and kano apps as well as account sharing is a TOU violation for both. Just throwing that out there.
Semantics... My friend logged with his account (at my request) on with same computer, did not have the issue, and did not have the "Suggested" even as an option.
