Due to popular demand we have made some changes to how players are sourced for the Fight List. There are a couple of issues that we want to address: Whacked Mobsters cluttering the Fight List Having to exhaust all your Whacked Mobster fights before you can see out of range opponents 1. Whacked Mobsters Now by default Whacked Mobsters will be hidden from your fight list. If there are some Whacked Mobsters to fight you will now see this link at the bottom of your Fight List: Click this link and Whacked Mobsters will load at bottom of your fight list. 2. Out of Range Opponent Sourcing We have had complaints that players felt they needed to exhaust their daily allotment of Whacked Mobster Fights before their fight list opened up with more "live" opponents. While this was true we intended to only source higher level out-of-range opponents as a last resort to fill the Fight List. This has now changed and you will start to see higher level out-of-range opponents if there are less 5 in-range to fight. We appreciate your feedback so please let us know what you think of these changes in this thread. UPDATE (July 30th): Due to even more popular demand we have put the control in your hands to toggle if you want to hide either the Whacked Mobsters or Out of Range Mobsters. If there are Whackedor Out of Range within your list results you will see this at the top of your Fight list. Toggle the checkboxes to save your preference for the future. In addition to this each grouping of opponents is clearly labeled so you will be able to determine "Out of Range Mobsters" as well as the Whacked.
Before this update, if your fight list was full of healthy players, you had no whacked mobsters. Will this solve that problem, or will the whacked mobsters still only show up if your list of healthy players is not full?
No change there, if there enough Healthy players they will ALWAYS take precedent over Whacked Mobsters.
So.... Instead of seeing whacked mobsters I get to STILL see people on my fight list who are TWO THOUSAND levels above me... How on earth is that going to help my gameplay??? If I don't spot that 'that guy' at the bottom of my list is level 4000+ I end up getting pummelled to crap for 24 hours... How about you fix that instead? Pretty please...
No answer? Thanks for the complete lack of response. Putting higher level mobs on a fight list is going to end up with lower levels getting shafted on a daily basis, there seems to have been virtually NO thought put into this update. What on earth made you think this was a good idea - all this does is open attack windows for higher level opponenents and allow them to beat the crap out of people. The whacked mobbies option was to allow people to get their daily points done, and was a great option (although I don't think I have seen any whacked players for a good couple of months, maybe longer), I have no problem with you 'hiding' the whacked players, but opening people up to attacks from higher levels will put people off playing. Oh, and before people start banging on about checking your fight list first etc, how many players are actually going to have ANY clue this has happened?? The VAST majority of LCN players do not come to this forum so will not know they are about to get shafted by the Devs. Many players on here have openly stated that when they get attacked on the HL they see no problem with attacking ad infinitum, so you can guarantee that you will have high level players blowing THOUSANDS of stamina attacking any lower level who has the audacity/stupidity/bad luck to attack them. REVERSE THIS IDIOTIC CHANGE!!!
First off if you come to the forum you may know that Kano does not work on the weekends, they do check in here and there, so an answer may come today, if you really have a problem you can go to support, if players do not go to the forum, there is a news feature right in the game that makes announcements, other than holding people's hands you can drag a horse to water but you cannot make him drink , there are things that Kano will address when they get in later , they are aware of the issues some have so, if ya can be patient, hopefully things will change I for one am not even sure why this change came about, the only part I like and it was not something I needed is hiding the undead, whacked, or whatever each game calls them.
You now have the ability to control if you want to Hide the Whacked Mobsters or Out of Range Mobsters. Please see the top post for updated details.
I've had no whacked mobsters available for 3 days. I can't toggle or anything. As of this moment I have a few people I can fight but yesterday I ran out
Sounds like that might be a bug. Take some screenshots and send in a message to support with all the appropriate details so we can look into it for you.
It always helps if you quote the browser that you are using too. I can't reproduce this on Chrome or Firefox. But just one question - did you at any time see the checkboxes to hide them, and select it? Maybe once it is selected and they are hidden, you then cannot see a box to make them reappear?
no there were no checkboxes. i have found a way to get them to appear - I switch to a different game and then go back. i'll get the whacked or undead list or whatever at that time
