*It would never happen, but wouldn't it be good to have a REAL profile picture of each player instead of all the fake animated profile pics that a lot of players use on Facebook. Kano could incorporate the picture at the Top right corner instead of the animated images there at the moment. Any player not showing a REAL picture of themselves could be banned without question! *Kano would lose too many players if they passed this idea.
And what difference would it make? This idea really don't look like it needs much help to go nowhere but I'll give it a 1 anyway even though it won't need the help
You missed the point. I said "wouldn't it be good to have a REAL profile picture". In other words, if it were possible! Forget the negatives.. It's obvious it would fail, that's what the cheats would want to happen!!!!
verifying accounts to weed out the alts and such has been brought up a few times, if i though kano could actually pull it off i would be all for it. Not to slam on kano....but at this point they cant even filter/sensor players names so i dont think we'll see account verifications any time soon, but it would be cool.
Didn't you make a LONG winded post before that was replied to something like you've given this alot of thought but not capable of happening?Something about calling a player to verify something?
In fairness, it's Facebook's fault. If Facebook introduced a system such as a National Insurance number instead of a phone number to identify a person, there would be no or little few, fake accounts on Facebook, . However, if that were the case then Facebook's shares would be would less than half the $17 (and falling)they are worth today, because investors would have a true picture of how many REAL people use FB.
I would hate for kano to have a mandatory self photo and I'm definitely not an alt. Reason I choose to have a drawing instead of my real photo on fb though is because I've had to deal with stalking on more than one occasion so it makes me very uncomfortable to show my self pics to just anyone.
