They take too long!!!! I have months worth of upgrade time stacked up on my account.

I can only see the point in having such prolonged upgrade times as a way to push people into wasting thier favor points. Its not working. The only thing it makes me want to do, is STOP buying items until i get the ones i have to a full upgrade.

5 days total time from 1-4 should be long enough. The items are taking oh.... what about 10 days? by then im ready to buy new items, its just rediculous.

Speed it up! The UN i put into the items are plenty enough. Its not like the property upgrades, where they take forever, you dont have to pay UN for those in the first place! I like the long times on them, it gives the UN upgrades a vaule.

I feel like im being punished for adding loyalty to my account.

I'm happy with the way it is. It would be unfair to change it after so many people have worked to build up their weapons for Kano to change it for a few impatient players wanting a freebie. You want to power quick, pay for it!

    1 from me..

Im not new alka, or impatient. If i was impatient I would just upgrade by UN. There is a thing called "balance" in the game. Maybe you have heard of it? no? well here is how it works.

The balance is Items you have, should be upgraded by the time new ones come out... not 3 sets of items later!

I can remember buying UN items that upgraded in that amount of time, about 5 days. The upgrade time has gotten longer. I am not looking for a "Freebie" Im looking for the balance to be restored.

We all know. You are against people that buy UN and help pay for all the lovely updates that come out for you. Those dirty favor point buyers. Keeping the lights on at kano so we can all keep playing, whoever heard such a thing.

Really Alka, I love that you put a 1 on it. You only bash good ideas. So it shows this is such a good idea that it deserves your bashing. Ive said this before and ill say it again. I just might tac it on to my signature. You need a hug alka.

LOL. You bash those that score without comment and attack those that do comment.

Once again you profess to know me yet have no clue how I work.
Balance is giving everyone in the game the same chance. Hence, there should be the same structure in place for newbees now as was the case 2 years ago. That's not happening because people like you whine about wanting it easy.
Everyone is asking for a challenge in the game, such as GP's and Outbreaks. Yet you want certain parts made easy for YOUR benefit!!

I have no issue with people who spend to get on in the game. Re read my post, "buy yer power".
I have put money into this game, and why not? I hoped my contribution would help improve the game. It's a shame others like us didn't do the same because Kano would no doubt invest a lot more in trying to add interest to it.

Your "hug" sarcasm goes over my head. I've yet to be bullied off a Forum and I doubt you'll ever be up for the job of doing it!!

You got a "1" because "0" is not an option...

Boys stop bashing each other and behave. another difference in this game than the other three, where you can buy as much property or inventory as you want and as often and no need for upgrades :) nice and smooth

I hate repeating myself. I am in no way a newbie. My myspace account is 792 days old. The upgrade times have increased. So no... its not the same for new players as it was two years ago, I was here, and upgrades did not take 9 solid days of upgrade time without missing a single minute inbetween. It was not the case two years ago. I am willing to bet that each set that is released has a slightly longer upgrade time than the one before it, and now, more than two years later, those times have been increased by multitudes of days over time.

This increase of time has now distubred the balance of being able to have your items upgraded, in time to buy new ones, Even MORE displaced from the presence of So many free items being dished out.

So alka, what I am requesting, Is that newbies get the same upgrade time, that the orignal players did.

If upgrade times have only been pushed up 1 hour per set that has been released, over 792 days, 1 set every 5 days have produced 158 sets of items since i started the game. 1 hour each leaves you with 6 and half days longer to upgrade the items.

in other words. Items take TRIPPLE the amount of time, than they did at the begining.

This is not whining, This is me, stating the facts. You say, let the newbies pay the same dues as the original players, I agree, they should.

I dont want you off the forums alka, we need more opinions. not less. When i say you need a hug, I mean you are one of the most negative people i have ever met in my life. You need a hug. face value.

As far as your comment of feeling that I attacked you, Im sorry if you feel this way. You indirectly called me names of impaitent newbie looking for a freebie. You where rude, and i did take offense.

My suggestion is from the personal experience of having to rebuild my acc ount from myspace to facebook, that the upgrade times being INCREASED over time is hindering purchases of people trying to build in this time, Verry much more so than they where two years ago.

9 days solid up grade time, potentaly 10-12 days to actually get it done by the fact that its HUMANS playing the game that dont re-upgrade the very second that the last one is finished is too long. Its tripple the time that you are saying new players should have to "equal".

How about in another 800 days, when it takes 18 solid days of upgrade time for any given item? will you be looking back at ol' skywalkers post then?

Two years ago level 300 players didn't have to go up against level 3000 players, can hardly compare the game to how it started or nothing should change.

I'm not against the upgrade time being lowered but it should stay fairly long or else there's no point to even having upgades at all because everyone will have them done. Also, Kano has to have different ways to make people spend money.

stop quibbling (i like that word) over inventory upgrade times, those are meaningless, start arguing over property upgrade times....

last i checked it will be over 3 years worth of upgrade time to do the anchorage properties.....

    3 + years....really???

Sorry I had a long response here but my firefox mozilla decided to crush on me... so my summary was that we have UN when we lvl and we compensate on those instead of waiting for those properties to complete. I myself was angry on this theme but I had some time to think of (since I'm an ex hi5 player with some exp.). Sorry bro, I voted 1, hope you'll not get mad on me.

OH DON'T MIND ON ME, I MISSREAD THIS THREAD. I WILL CHANGE MY VOTE LMAO! CRAZY MOFO HERE :d I thought you we're talking about properties. 10/10 bud.

  10. I'm by far a daily player of ZS I only play occasionally, but one thing that puts me off is the long upgrade times, I think I'd play a bit more if they were shorter, because I hate games that you have to wait 30 days for something to finish or complete/upgrade... I get bored easily. Having said that, at this point I think it's going to be too late to implement a change like this because it would be unfair to the people who spent UN and waited the time for the upgrades to complete. :)

See but that gives the UN upgrade a value. Having them fully upgraded doubles the income of a property of level 1. Sort of makes the UN spent worth something if you can potentially have 75 percent higher income/base hitlist. as the other people around your level.

The difference in the strength of an item upgraded vs not is just not worth paying UN for. has anybody upgraded an item with UN? Would they also like to buy this jar of air from me?

I lost hope that this will get pushed thru. So im buying just this one more set of items that i want.. and then im done buying UN for a month or two while they're upgrading. Problem solved.

Just seems like it would be a better idea to not have a feature blocking income.

Maybe could also be resovled by offering more than one upgrade at a time 2 or 3?

2 for necessity, 3 for longevity.

oh! I know, make the items take 3 years to upgrade too, and then double thier strength at level 4. Not so much a good idea to impliment now, but hey, I could live with it :)

  12. Upgrade times all 'round are ridiculous. I give this idea a 10.

nah upgrading at the anchorage level isnt worth the un
to upgrade you have the potential to pay un to gain property value of 20 million
an increase of 20 million to your property value when you already have income of 4 billion plus.....you can do the math
its a neglible increase, they have far outpaced any type of un expenditure at that level. If you really think it is worth it to spend 5, un, then 10, then 20 for an increase to your property value of 80 million or so? dont think so, have a nice day, ill wait the three years

what about the upcoming countries....they going to require 5 years? ten years? again for the same ridicoulous small amount of money that an upgrade will bring, ill buy the new properties and start upgrading the old fashioned way, day at a time, year at a time, each country that comes out the need to upgrade diminshes as the percentage of value you improve your income by is negligible.

what the difference between 64 billion hit list cost and 64.3? is that 5 un, or 10 un? ha, go ahead and spend yours to keep up with the jones'

    Income: $76,000,000

That is my sanfransisco property.. so i dont see how an anchorage property is only 20 milllion.

a level 4 upgrade is 100 percent higher than a level 1 property.

Its not about the income slave. its about the base hitlist price and your boobytrap. Im just making a rough estimate that you would be able to raise your income by 50 percent, and your bounty is relative. the 2nd bounty on you would cost as much as the 3rd does now, and that just keeps moving, and trapping cost your rivals just that more too.

The extra money is just another kushy perk. consider also, its not just the hourly income that goes up, the money that you recieve from nearly everything in the game goes up, outbreak helps/ bosses/ lotery wins/ and those ever so lucrative calenders.

Upgrading properties with UN is part of my plan, but its the final stages. I want to get the top properties unlocked before i start buying them with real cash money. have other things i need to buy with my UN right now, Items, and leveling when those awesome battle arenas are open.

yet to decide if I want to prioritize the challenge achievments over my income just yet. I may work on those at the same time.
