ok, so how 'bout you help me out here.

what help is there for the lower level to use the search feature?

 

if they was looking for someone with less power than them that they might be able to take out and get a kill so they would stay in longer

 

agreed larry, but they have plenty of targets in their area w/out search. so how does this help that? especially if they don't know a lowers name to seek out?

 

well maybe there is a group of them that get together to take out a higher level player so more survive which is perfectly legal. and lets face facts if i tried to take you out by myself it would be a miracle but with 2 or 3 more around my level we could do it same way with ben it takes more than 1 to take him out

 

thats my point...an upper attacking ben on their own is pointless...thats why players need the search feature. were u not arguing the opposite earlier?

lowers need it ......to advance against someone they cant beat on their own or to give or get help if needed...just like everyone else

 

Still.
Mid and lower levels need the search.
Mid and lower levels for the ARENA.
Higher levels don't need it unless you totally want the high levels to dominate which has happened EVERY MS arena in 1 way or another.
If Ben actually did use the search feature then he'd be the favorite every arena unless he wasn't up to playing it.

 

Pimp we all know there is plenty of ways to get rid of Ben in the arena.
If Ben misses the majority of the kills and one high level gets them all from him
Then its rather obvious what would happen.
Health alone would decide the winner.
Even if the other level lost more health they would still knock Benzilla out as Benzilla wouldn't have the health.

 

i never said that the pack attack wasn't legal. I just have voiced my opinion that it shouldn't be used as an open search. it leaves the uppers as a sitting target, or any level. i'm not even saying that we shouldn't tell each other who we think is who. im against the search that yields a link straight to that target.
idk, there isn't much strategy or creativity involved in copy pasting a name, then sitting and waiting for the defense mode to go away so that the pack can swoop on that 1 player.

 

considering i've never changed my position. no. i wasn't arguing the opposite. i said the only reason that lower needs it is to help the uppers take out a target. not just ben as that target either. they don't need the search for protection.

you suggest that lower needed it for help...that's just hogwash. that lower looks to start w/an upper w/that search bar, not to help another lower level fight some one same level.

 

Levels 750 to 2450 should be the only ones with the search bar.
Anything higher you are asking for a virtue unstoppable gang.
Low levels need the search.Mid levels need the search.High levels don't.
And level is based off ARENA.
How can low levels have any chance when a high level gang can knock them right out?
750 to 2450 should really be the only ones with the search.

Oh i know who got the names, and what profile they used to get in our group. But as i stated before, i dont know whether u guys had that info or not. we know u and pimp are not stupid and can find us. But as we keep say that time seemed way to calculated, this time seemed more flow of the game THE WINGMAN

 

1. if near death....someone can bring someone down and give them the kill

2. teamwork....to bring down a higher level opponent they cant take down on there own and rid the game of threats so they can advance further


3. opposite of #1. they can bring down a target and give a needing friend the kill.


basically the same reasons any level might use the search.


in the end...the only players that might not need (but still deserve)the search would be the highest of levels that r waaaaay out front like ben because there is no one they cant whack with the quickness and no one that can beat them except for the small handful of random wins. Even if they are being teamed up on....everyone would be on there feed. Like i said....they may not need....but they def deserve to have it just like everyone else....they may very well want to seek out and destroy a player who is causing a friend or team mate problems. Ben has done this himself.

Taking the search feature away benefits one player much more than anyone else and thats ben because he doesnt need to rely on it as much if at all where others must much more often if they want to climb in the rankings through actively playing. If lesser levels are out there mixing it up (which is a good thing) there days r numbered because inevitably they will run into a higher level.....unless of course they have help. If u for example were not friends with Ben.....and u attacked him just looking for someone to kill.....u would stand zero chance...even if u went into D stance all he would have to do is save u and keep checking back, your only hope would be to call in reinforcements.


Obviously this is not real life but it is a fighting game where the whole idea is to kick butt, take names and finish as well as u can, there is no unwritten rules or codes of conduct other than the rules and guidelines laid out by Kano. How many wars were won without Allies? If your in an arena.....Do u take out your friend first or last? once again this is not real life....but in real life u also dont get to collect rewards because your the 10th to last person to die. dead is dead

 

level is based off arena? ok then i would be a low to mid/low player because the arena goes from 750 -10k+. im a helluva lot closer to 750 than i am 10k

 

750 is low end.
2450 maybe 2500 is end of mid levels for arena.

how many 10ks are there?ONE.
How many 5ks are there?TWO.
How many 4ks are there?EIGHT.
How many 3ks are there?Not gonna bother counting.

Point is,anything past 2500 in arena is only asking for a unstoppable gang.

 

come on pimp i no your more smarter than that...look at it this way...1 - 10k player in the game...high level player would fall into 4k to 5k witch is alot more players than the 1 - 10k player...

I find it funny.


As I said I believe the player saying they went into D mode once.
Not the attacking player.
Damage does vary quite a bit even in D mode.
30K damage to 200K on 1 target in D mode is a huge difference.

Unless one of the following happened.
A)the game randomly put in and out of D mode via a strange glitch.
B)the attacking player wasnt playing attention and just assumed.
