Maybe a tab for Guilds who are recruiting in the forum might work..Im looking for more of a in" Viking Clan World " type of recruiting announcement.....tab...or button to click from inside the Guild..now we click to recruit....only to our friends and clan..thus limiting our reach to other vikings that are not our clan and not our friends on Facebook...the easiest way i can describe what im thinking is this....LOL.... On our home page where we receive news , announcements ,updates from Kano concerning the game..would it be possible to click a tab inside the guild that would post to ALL facebook Viking Clan members under the MAIN menu section some how..like now we have : Under the MAIN tab ..social feed , game history,news , daily reward....could a tab be placed there that when guilds are recruiting.. click the recruit tab inside the guild it goes to the RECRUITING tab.....just like when Kano posts to us ALL... facebook Viking CLan members.. for the news..??......lmao...best i can describe ...sorry.....

A live chat ? like the world Chat ? ....i tried it there...not many vikings bother with that..All guilds could post to the type i mentioned above...that way its in a feed that all Viking Clan players on facebook with a click can view..just like other things in our MAIN section ...social feed , game history , lottery , daily reward..
If I understand this correctly... I really like this idea. Just to get clarity, you are asking to have a "public-announcement" of all the guilds that are recruiting, So then we can, for example, post that our guild is recruiting in this tab and then everyone in the VC community can see that we are recruiting when they click the "recruiting guilds" tab (or whatever it is called) ??? This can work! I need to recruit from outside of my own clan, and recruiting from the ever growing community will be great as we can get new faces in our guilds and new friends! 10/10 from me
I believe ive seen this idea already although it may not have been in the ideas section and I say the best way to recruit is to do it yourselves. I'd rather have someone either I or a trusted guild member either knows or has checked out thouroughly. I look at it the same way I do all the people typing add me in the world chat, boss feeds etc..if people spent more time adding/recruiting people themselves instead of relying on everyone to come to them then you'll get adds/recruits faster. it's not just an opinion, ive done it myself and continue to do it...refraining from voting till i see some more discussion
I think advertising yourself and/or your guild is the best way to go, remember people still have to apply in which case they will then be investigated thoroughly and given the rules of your guild. And if they don't comply or they're not what they said to be or take chances, whatever the case may be, you can again kick them of the guild or 'defriend' them if you will. I have posted the 'add me' on the world chat and I must say that is more efficient and easier than sending messages and doing it manually. If you post on there everyone sees it, in one day you get between 10 and 50 friend invites that you can add... and all of the people adding you are normally people that need bigger clans and that are daily players. I also add manually from the message board, I filled my clan in less than a month... i.e. 1000 friends in less than a month... I believe that the system works. But it doesn't work too well for guild recruitment. As most who did guild recruiting on the message board will agree with me. That's why I am with la scepter on this one, I think there should be a dedicated channel for guild recruitment on the main page. Think we can all profit from it.
