Payments using Trial Pay. Once again Trial Pay has proven in my situation to be completely ineffectual. I should not have to wait 6+ hours (sometimes 3 days) for a payment to process (if it does). Do you have to wait that amount of time when you're at the grocery store or at a department store. Hardly!!

No. The point being that as a business wouldn't it be in the best interest to process all payments at that time. As opposed to letting the consumer that time amount of time to change their mind and cancel the payment altogether?
I have heard from others, that when they have the money transferred straight from their bank account, it can take up to 7 days to clear. That is why i asked. Because it is a bank issue, not Kano's. I still don't think the delay would be on Kano's end, but i don't know for sure. I will leave a link for this with the Dev's but please be patient as it is a long weekend for Kano.
Pay Pal is instant , if that helps , and they even helped me get a refund on something I ordered that never was shipped when my credit card company would not help me.
if you ever shop online Pay Pal and safe is a good way to do it. and it works well for most games also
i only use Paypal and its instant and reliable and safe I've used it since it opened i sell regularly worldwide Paypal is great if you open a Paypal account and register a credit card your payments are instant and 100% protected Trial pay has taken over from super rewards i never use the fb credits way of buying gfs instead i go to the Kano lcn offline link where in the godfather section you can choose to pay with Paypal or if you pay with a credit card that also should be instant i assume if you choose to pay via a bank transfer this would take up to 7 days as the payment has to be applied for to your bank then sent which takes time,

HAD 0 STAMINA/ENERGY & 7 GFP'S used my visa debit card, as i have lately... & it is always instant! money instantly comes out & refresh the page & gfps are there! _>>>>>>>>this time! got nothing! An important thing to note is that Trialpay and Super Rewards are 3rd party companies, which means Kano has no control over payment methods, or the allocation of fp's... All they can do is email the third party companies themselves with an issue... The length of time it takes for TrialPay to process a payment or reward Fp's is not down to Kano it's down to the third party company, and therefore all support should be directed to them
lol i'll spare you the legal mumbo jumbo,lol, but purchases are made ingame, from the MW's page, in partnership with trial pay ... if your were redirected to a seperate web page, then yes Kanno could deney liability. I already contacted trial pay lastnight... recieved a reply this morning apologizing for the delay.. like that helps? pfftt got 2x the gfp's i needed! & payed 2x the amount i intended!
While they may be tied into the game wheler with one another the offer still comes from the third party advertisers. Now if you were just to purchase the favor points straight without any of the advertisment third party using. Then yes that would be on kano and they would resolve that issue of making sure your favor points are returned to you as soon as possible.
so Kanno apps thinks they hold no responsibilty for third party's they put on there web pages? third parties that take real money in exchange for kanno apps virtual game curency? or is that just your legal opinion?lol!
When the third party is making the offer its up to them to redeem the offer not kano's responsibility in my opinion since its not kano who is making the offer. Many of gamers have been burned over offers like those. While in the long run some of them give you better payouts then doing through the games on networks since i have just been purchasing through games itself and there offer and not third party advertisers i have never had an issue again. Or had to sit there and deal with some chucky cheese guy who doesn't care about there job. There is a reason why people say customer no service when dealing with issues like those from companies. But email kano they will probably give you the same response as many of us have said if its third party there is probably little if anything they can do about it since they did not make the offer themselves.

I had just seen someone with a previouse problem with trial pay here in the forum & figured i'd post mine... super rewards totaly made up the prob i had with them last year, hopefully trial pay will do the same
if Kano are offering the gfs on there page ie your lcn profile then they have a responsibillity yes you are directed to paypal etc to make the payment but the orignal link was on your lcn page so kano do have a resonsibillty for it too i only ever had 1 problem and i mailed support and they were quick to resolve it
