[PC] New achievements

Add new achievements to the "Me Counter Attacked Achievements", "Me Be Victorious In The Cage Achievements", and "See Ye To Davy Jones Achievements". It seems rather thin when it comes to achievements when it comes to these three categories. After battles are now increased to 1 million, shouldn't cage be somewhat higher than just 5,000? Same with bounties placed (See Ye To Davy Jones Achievements), now when you need 15,000 kills for the last bounty achievement, wouldn't it be a good thing to increase the amount of bounties place as well, maybe as high as 5,000?

Yes to everything except the Cagematches. Personally I don't think Cagematches should be promoted, it gives weak players the opportunity to beat much stronger pirates than themselves, and I think it's a weak strategy personally lol.

10 stars.And yes cage matches should be included.Don't even say only weak players like to cagematch.I'm #4 on myspace and I love cage matches.

 

Great idea, and I also agree with that cage matches should be included as well as lord breakfield says. Maybe you could also add something like achievements for pistol whip kills and bounty wins achievements. PC is full of bounty hunters now and I'm sure they'd appreciate those kind of achievements as they are just as hard to get as "normal" battle wins etc.

 

I don't think I said it was only for weak players, I said that it is an opportunity for weak players to beat much stronger pirates, and that in my opinion it's a weak strategy, I'm a weak pirate and I use it lol.

 

I'm full 2k size level 4465 and I use it when I feel it's strategic and if I just feel like caging someone to annoy them .Strong players also use cage matches for various reasons.Achievements for this should be increased as many have over 5k cage wins.I'd even go further and say achievements should happen for cage kills.Besides if someone loses when attacked in cage,need better defense What good is level without knowing how to counter measure all strategies first?

 

There's a difference Lord in what you do and what players do with barely any captains and just a crap load of attack no defense no health nothing. Just attack and stamina to help them level. This is why they put a cap on cages on players to only 25 or 30 a day. So putting another achievement for caging wouldn't be worth it. Now all the other one's would be a great thing.

 

Exactly.Let them cage.Exp is at best half of what you would get in a reg match.And attack and stamina builds fare poorly in alot of crucial areas.So basically anyone building as a cager would in the long run hurt their game.But achievements for it are still a great idea just IMO since it's a legit way of playing.Why add to other achievements and leave 1 out?

 

I understand were your coming from Lord since it's already there. But so many players complained about cagers in them doing that and put a cap on it. Any new acheivements for it would take forever to get now.

 

Not really,a true cager picks out multiple targets.You don't just stick with 1 or even 4 targets.You scout out at least 10.That's 500 potential cage wins a day(25 with payout 25 without)Only a novice wouldn't scout out targets.

 

I use the cage because I have to not because I choose to, the XP Is crap I guess, yeah I can see it being used for the positive and the negative, it would be different experience without the cages in my personal game anyway. I think relentless cagers can be a pain in the ass though lol

 

With the cap,I have to ask,how can cagers be relentless now?How can someone overcage now with the cap in place?

 

If a weak pirate goes out there way to solely cage one or a couple of people, then in my opinion that's a pain in the ass

To cage how many time? 50 maximum?You can already get attacked in a reg match 5k times.So complaining about getting attacked 1/100th of the time?Really? 50 isn't even that much attacks.A true cager will literally scout out at least 10 targets.Only a novice would stay with 1 or 4(or unless they're intentionally trying to annoy a few players)either way,it's a legit way of playing.1 argument was that cage achievements would be hard to get now.Not for a true cager it wouldn't.
