Some players have not received the newsletters yet. Just like the previous ones sent out in games they did a certain amount at a time. Everyone should get there rewards just be patient. If not write into kano support about the issue and they will help you with the issue.
If you have not gotten it by now or sent a message into support when they were having this issue of some players not getting the emails who signed up for it more then likely your not going to receive the item. When they send these links and emails out it has a small window time frame usually a couple days only at the most. And for players to respond when the free item or refills are being given out in that time frame.
