ok you need to remember kano is closed on the weekend, so if you sent them something on friday, you hopefully will hear back bo tomorrow they strive to reply within 48 hours and considering they were off the the last 48 hours , just be patient
yes and their days starts at 3:00 pm est time and there is an battle arena in VC I am sure you are not the only support issue Dan has to wade thru since Friday.
