. . . . add a lvl 50 achievment for the lower player lvl bosses & then.... ...once a boss completes lvl 50, it resets back to lvl 1......... that would be awsome!!! then again, I shouldn't of said its a good idea, coz now it won't be implemented into the game.........
Gave it a 10 as the big ones are getting beyond big in VC. For lower level clan its a near impossible choice to join some of the boss battles and I find that ... sad. I would think if the bosses were reset, with say secondary achievements (silver the border of a secondary boss?), that this would encourage more to the building of clan aspect of the game too. Can't see a downside. In counter point, I do know that many folks love my own bosses that are huge as they yield tons of drops, but I would think more would want to participate in new rounds of the same bosses even. Saves Kano artwork. IOW, its too obvious and cheap to do ... in balance, even letting them go to level 100 and then back 1, might be a compromise in the economics department at Kano Inc. The whole subject needs a close examination for what it could do. Good idea.
I've got this idea in front of some devs. Initial response is that it would require quite a bit of pre-planning and thought to implement. Resetting would allow players to continually get better xp off their own bosses, thus create an abuse situation. Further, the way drops work, the stats are not easily changeable as they are tied to a specific piece of inventory. There could be impact to other parts of the game that requires consideration. May not be feasible in the short term, but definitely an interesting idea.
As I understand the interest in this idea, and I play PC and VC only, I am glad for this response, as I can see some of these things happening
Okay. If the problem is the experience issue and the items redoing the stats then i forgot who posted it above here you can either do silver bordering or put a star next to there boss. Every time they get up to 100 in boss level they get another star. So say bronze silver gold platinum. Once they complete all bosses to level 100 they get some new achievement with a certain amount of favor points allocated for defeating those 1st star level of bosses. Lets say 10 bosses in a kano game all 10 bosses have to reach over level 100 to get the bronze star a new achievement favor points and maybe even customize an item for every star to have players work towards it again. Again this is just a thought. Since kano is worried about the abuse situation and you would not have to touch the items on the bosses themselves. Just tweak the experience once you reach the next star category.
I stopped after 50 cause 1 its hard to get people to help out, 2 I can do a lot more damage to lower bosses. Anything after Miami I do not bother with until I open a new city and then it is to 50 and I stop. And continue doing bosses below Miami until the next city is opened up. The Dev's would have to do something extreme to get me to go back to them. Crafting new items from these levels that have no value compared to what I am getting in Madrid or Berlin makes no sense either. It would have to be more like the daily's say stamina or energy drops and end rewards. Even better would be to earn extra refills in Syndicate Wars, or power boosts when doing raid bosses. That would be a quality drop that people would continue and want to do those bosses for.
