I was trying to think of an idea that could be used on all games that would increase the incentive to hitlist people, thus livening up the hitlist action as on LCN and ZS, the hitlist can be very quiet at times. I also took into consideration people want to see more incentive for riding the hitlist. At present a player only loses out except for achievements when hitlisting people. You pay all that cash and use stamina, although you get your enemy killed, you gain nothing afterwards. Also if you are hitlisted you gain nothing. What I have come up with is that there should be an XP reward up for grabs between the hitlister and the hitlistee. If the person on the hitlist survives the hitlisting for more than a set amount of time dependent on level then they get the XP reward, if they do not survive then the hitlister gets the reward. I think something around 1 second per 20 levels past level 100 would be reasonably fair, meaning a level 200 would need to survive 5 seconds, a level 3000 would need to survive a little over 2 minutes. Also the XP reward would need to be based on the lower level of the two, if a 1k hitlists at 2k then the XP reward up fro grabs should be around 2% of a level for a level 1k.
good idea but not everything of this. lvl 1k plus should have to ride for at least half hour with everyone being able to ride now a days. 1500+ a hour. 2k+ 2 hours 3k 3 hours ect ect. im lvl 1200+ and i can ride 2+ hours probably even more if i really tried and kano would not temp ban me
I don't think anyone should be rewarded for healing on the hitlist. It is meant to be used as a punishment, not for people to show off they can heal.
well its kinda dumb if where that strong and able to stay up on the list. how is that a punishment?? we do it for more rivals as well. so yet kano is gonna temp ban us for being able to out run there punishment that is allso kinda dumb and makes no sense once so ever
The point of the hitlist, is to take XP off of people. That is why you get no XP from people attacking you and losing. That is why you lose so much XP when you are killed off of the hitlist. People seem to think it's this great thing to be able to heal on the hitlist. It's not. The reason there is a hitlist is so people can have XP taken off of other players to deter them from certain behavior. Like everything, players found a way to abuse the hitlist and use it to their advantage.
well u honestly cant say the hitlist is a good thing. when a lvl 1k+ can list a lvl 300 as many times as they want thats just unfair and cruel whats the point of that hm??? or energy alts that just list ppl? i could go all night on reasons why the hitlist should and should not. so can we just agree that the hitlist has its ups and downs?

This thread wasn't about whether the hitlist is fair, it's about rewarding people who can heal on the hitlist. And rewarding people for hitlisting others! Also, I will add that the XP gain would be much lower than the death penalty, thus you are still losing XP and just gaining the ability to cut your losses by putting in some work. The game and hitlist are there to punish you for dying, I agree. The game also rewards you for staying alive in all other aspects.
