Hi Kano Team, I seem to be having an issue with the hitlist ... Every Time and i mean every time i hit the hitlist tab button or on a hitlist alert it keeps giving me the maths question. And i mean each and every time. I dont understand why this is happening and i have tried refreshing, logging out and back in but same thing. I am wondering if i am being blocked out bc of my level or if there is something more going on here bc i asked and no one else is apparently having the same issue as me, as far as i know. Only time it's done that to me is when I haven't answered the question and submitted the answer. Does it go away when you answer it?
Alter is correct if you have the math question pop up on the hitlist boards and click on another tab in the game it will still be there when you come back to the hitlist until you answer the math question. You keep hitting the hitlist button over and over changing the math question sooner or later the kano's automated system will kick in and freeze your account for suspicious activity. And then you will have to write to them all over again to unfreeze your account. The best thing to do is always answer the math question the first time it pops up. If it is doing it everytime your clicking then there is something wrong on kano side and still send a request into them to look into it.
I did answer the math question, it was a simple one 2 + 3 = ... obviously 5 lol It was happening each and every time no matter how many i answered correctly it was the same thing over and over again. But right now it seems to be working fine. Not sure why it happened exactly but i am glad its over. It drove me bonkers but it was fun answering all those simple math questions for a while lol I wasnt in multiple tabs and i did all the usual things to try and fix it .. logged out came back, cleaned cookies , came back anything i tried didnt work so i eventually gave up and hoped it would be ok today and it is .. I just hope it lasts Honestly i am just glad its over and i hope it never comes back again Thank you Cara for your response to me email ..
