I see nothing humorous in the refusal of a refund and to suggest I might benefit from such error is preposterous and arrogant!! A more polite email with a reason as to why it was not possible would have quelled the situation and left me with a better understanding of how your system works. As I've said before, it wasn't about the loss of 2 UN's it was the manner in which it occurred and how it was handled thereafter. Maybe lessons have been learned on both sides. I bare you no malice.
