Greetings! The dropped items I have been getting for doing Outbreaks are not showing up anywhere. In fact my inventory is telling me I have no dropped items when in fact I know I should have several. the items, which drop in outbreaks are used in fights as destructive items.So, if you fight or be attacked,it is gone You can find these items in your inventory in special items, as long as they are not used.
