so you think it is ok not to get a response from someone for at least 8 hours on the reason why the game is not working. so if for instance you run an internet buisness and it crashed due to the an unforseen problem with the server. Which happens. and you asked the question WHY, but did not get a simple response for 8 hours. you would be ok with that.....
We seem to have had issues start at about 1am PT, looks to be some connectivity issues that we are looking into now. Usually we get alerts when things like this happen but we didn't for this one. We apologize for this outage, delay in being alerted to it and hope to be back up again shortly. Well, I want to thank all the moderators here and the other techs for explaining it. I know it must have been a huge issue since no one responded and obviously the backup system failed as did the warning system. THE TECHNOLOGY AGE...... I liked it better when we used rotary phones, lmao Thanks a heap guys!
Hahahaha, don't mean to laugh but the server runs 24/7. In this age of technology, anything can happen and that in itself is scary
Thanks for doing your best Kano i know you can't answer 10000 questions and work at the same time. Must be frustrating, All that matters is you got the problem fixed as soon as you could and caught it. Best of wishes on the next failure though. Hopefully you get a back up alarm system if the first one failed. Just a suggestion. Happy new years god bless you all.
