Total irresponsible on KANO's part for not responding to this in a timely manner. The FB chats are thriving with messages. Sorry but I give KANO a big fat ZERO for not advising us what's going on.

You think I'm annoying? I'm nothing compared to you. Create another thread whining about a game that is, for all intents and purposes, free to play because you can't understand the simple fact that maybe the staff isn't even awake right now to take care of your every whimsical need.

The problem will be resolved as soon as the staff is able to get to it.

Until then, do something worthwhile with your downtime. Read a book, watch tv.. dare I say it? Grab an education.

 

PLEASE post update as to WHEN you EXPECT LCN to be back on-line. Can not reach from facebook or directly from my smartphone. Keep getting ERROR messages tonight. THANK YOU.

No, but seriously, I hope that they will get the game running again soon. As KANO sits on the pacific coast of Canada, they are most likely currently occupied with breakfast. It's after all about 6:30 there. Relax and wait, even game devs can't be expected to monitor the smooth running of a game 24/7. They need some sleep, too. And unforeseen circumstances can crash the game without the devs noticing it, especially while sleeping.

could be the one that happened before where a alert wasnt set for it and the fix for that broke...

kano has always brought the game back online before so you know theyre going to again

 

it's not working...on facebook hi5 myspace..._!!from 10 am ... they have this problem because a stupid guy has forgot to open the server...

 

Have you notice that it's even missing from the "try more games" banner at the top of the kano apps? There are only little clickable pictures for 2 games up there.. Viking & Zombie from Pirate Clan, or Pirate & Zombie from Viking Clan.

its been like that for awhile if not forever

 

We are looking into it and then we will try to figure out why we were not alerted to it earlier.

 

So why did,ent someone have the sense to inform everyone about what was going on with a single message on its forum or lcn game page. Then you would not have multiple threads would you. Pretty poor. This happened before and yes they got the game back on line. But they did the same thing then. Did not tell anyone until people started moaning. Not asking for anything just to be informed of what is going on. then people would know and leave it alone.......

 

Im having the same issues with this game not loading also all others are working fine

 

there was no alert to tell them something was wrong

maybe there alert system broke to

other times when something went wrong they were right on it

because those times they got the alert something was wrong


this was probably another issue where a alert wasnt set because it was a unforeseen issue

or the alert set for the previous unseen issue broke and its the same issue...
