Facebook achievements have been released. We've selected a list of achievements from the game to be also used with the Facebook achievement system. If you haven't already click Publish Score at the top of the game here:

this will enable score and achievement publishing to the Facebook activity ticker as shown here:

The activity ticker will show you and your friends point, achievement and score activity as well as rankings amongst you and your friends that play ZS. On initial load you may see 0 achievements, give the system some time and reload your page to see your achievements added.

Any issues please let us know.

What are Facebook achievements and why do we want them? How do they effect the game? I'd prefer not to spam my facebook feed with random ZS posts nor do I want to receive newsletters.

It is a new mechanism provided by facebook to show and compare number of achievements against friends that are playing the game. Only impact on the game is social.

As commented above, it is a new mechanism provided by facebook to show and compare number of achievements against friends that are playing the game. Only impact on the game is social in you can see how many you have versus your friends etc...

We do not send out frequent newsletters, we only send out info on the game when doing special promotions or when something important is released in the game.

Also, it is important to note, that if you do not give us permission to your email, there is very little that we can do to verify you are who you say you are if you lose your Facebook account, so it does go beyond a simple newsletter.

And I read just within the last 2 weeks that Facebook doesn't get special attention.....Yeah, right.

May really be time for me to think about not playing this game anymore. Most of it is a bunch of drama queens anyway--and that's just the guys that play.
