You mean the Dragon Cannon. The Dragon Mask (1 powersuit and 1 lucky rabbit foot) isn't hidden.

I think most of the items that were released last year should be listed... if you can't find it at this link (like the dragon cannon, which is newer), you can do a forum search for the term to see if anyone has found it yet.
