death by bounty trap while on bounty

many will hate me for this one(even though it was already mentioned)

but when someone on bounty dies by bounty trap and doesnt heal right away

they fall off bounty and the coin is lost


the trap shouldnt knock them off bounty

it should be a one shot kill for the next player that hits them

OR

the player whos trap they died off of should get the bounty


we defo should be able to list while listed

but traps shouldnt knock the player off the list

 

why not? lets say someone has really put a hit out on u...so u go and hang urself...do u not die? nobody collects the hit if u take ur own life

another way is that if someone commits suicide while on bounty

the coin gets returned to the lister

That would be a sure way to pass some cash. Just have your squad mates booby trap you an keep dying on them. Get rich without having to attack.

Kano have only just changed it (on zs) so that you do die when blowing a booby while listed. Took them far to long to get round to it IMO.

I like that the money goes nowhere.

 

I was hoping this flaw would get changed..!! when someone skirts the hit list by dying and goes to a booby trap is something that needs to be corrected. if someone commits suicide while on bounty- at the very least the coin SHOULD get returned to the lister .. 4 sure 4 sure.. thats got MY Vote!!!

 

I agree, cash returned, or the bounty returned to the lister. This should be corrected.

valid point bout the trapper gettin the cash

so that leaves either coin returned to lister(including fee) or a 1 shot kill for whoever hits after the player kills themself

 

What if there was a hitlist lottery? When you get listed an die on a booby trap, the money goes into a lottery that gets drawn every week.

That's a "bright idea" because you love the fact that it would be a "hitlist kitty".

I like this idea, a certain someone (and others) love to bottom themselves and drain the money out of the game. This money shouldn't be lost, it could be awarded to a randomly selected person who had earned all 16k GP or something, just the first thing that sprung to mind but it could be anything.

 

It should be always given to me. I want cash.

 

i like the idea of the hitlist lottery though

it would be even better if each uncollected hit was counted and whoever won the lottery would win the money and also add to their total number of hitlist kills based on how many uncollected hits were in that lottery

 

I don't know about getting free hitlist kills. That's not fair to hunters who work hard for all their kills. Maybe they could have a stat for it on the leaders showing who has won the most money from it. I think more people would blow rigs just to try an see how high the amount of cash could go. Kano would most likely put a tax on it because it wouldn't take long for it to add up to game changing money (for some) within a week or however long.

When I check my game history, I read something like this. "You're booby-trap was a success" you have killed (player) and gained (amount) of XP.

It may have been Shier action that killed them, but Ive given several people free fight kills by attacking their insane defense on the hitlist when I was a lower level player.

I agree that if a bounty is placed, thier somone would get the money, but definatley not a refund...

Either the trapper, or the next attacker. Afterall, it is that next attacker hitting them before they can heal that causes them to fall of the list, and the trapper is the one that actually killed them.

Ive seen about 50 bounties get doubled... why cant both get payed? maybe a split? instead of the glitch of both people getting the entire bounty?

someone places a hit on you

you commit suicide

no one gets the cash

cause you killed yourself

and the cash never left the one that set the hit

 

yeah because the hit gets paid out to the one that finishes the job, but with this being said if nobody finishes ur hit then u should get the money back...LoL

 

if u dont get the hitlist kills for it then it would be pointless to have the lottery for uncollected hits, but the amount of hitlist kills that would be involved in this suggestion would be a very small number anyway whereas if this was done on a weekly basis the most anyone would possibly get would be 5-10 free hitlist kills
